Well what a difference a few weeks makes when it comes to gardens. I am talking about my container garden. The grape tomato's I planted in hanging baskets looks great It really growing and now I have blooms on the plants. The patio tomato is doing well too, and my cucumber growing and blooming. I was hoping for a nice long rain this weekend but we did not get a nice long rain. Yesterday we got a short light rain and I mean short rain. So I think I am going to be forced to water later on today when it cools off it is to hot at the moment. My current knitting project a dish cloth of course. I found the pattern on Ravelry one of the members wrote the pattern. It is on her blog. http://krisknits.blogspot.com

Looking good. We had that short rain here yesterday as well. My cucumber plants are loaded with blooms. and we have several green tomatos. I can't wait to get some cucumbers and tomatos. :)
I sure wish we got rain; wouldn't it be wonderful to take that excess rain that falls where it is hurting people and animals and use it for our gardens and just the landscaping? We have to water everything here in very dry, never raining, Southern California.
