One long week!!!

Well my first post for the month of May will start off with a whine. Tuesday at work was hell I work for the County, I get to work with big plans to get as many cases processed as I can and do you know what happened I signed in to the state system that I need in order to get a very vital pieces of my job done and it was down and it did not come up until 4:00 pm. So I did not get as many cases done as I wanted too. Today was better the system was up but I did not get as many cases as I wanted to done but tomorrow is another day. The phone calls will start hot and heavy tomorrow from all my clients that I did not get their cases process they will not understand computer problems they won't care. So no crochet this week. I have been reading I am trying to catch up on my 50 book challenge with the people of crochetville. I am reading A Good Yarn, by Debbie Macomber it is a good read I like light reads it is an easy read and entertaining. Just because I like to post pictures I will post another picture of a Llama. I still don't know if my knitting class will take place on Saturday but I will go to the store on Saturday ready to start. I hope so I really want to learn to knit. If they don't start the class I will go to A C Moore to learn how to knit

Pretty good weekend.

Well this weekend did not turn out to bad. I spent Sat morning waiting for the cable guy to come and install ddr or drr whatever so I can record shows while I am at work. I finished reading The Friday Night Knitting Club, by Kate Jacobs it is a great read if you have not read this book already please visit your local library or bookstore and read this book! . Today I had a great afternoon with my Sister(Hope) and my Niece(Deja) we went to the open house at Rising Meadow Farm http://www.risingmeadow.com/ it is a great place to visit I brought a skein of yarn and I got the chance to see Llama and sheep. The Llama would walk right up to the fence but not the sheep. In September they have a farm fest and I plan to go to that event also. I added another 12 rows of green and 4 rows of green to the ripple afghan I am working on I think another 12 rows of green will do it as far as the Afghan goes and then add the tassels. Happy crocheting and knitting.
